1. General Terms

By using Ota Hotel services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Ota Hotel reserves the right to modify terms at any time with prior notice.

2. Services

Ota Hotel provides OTA account setup, optimization, and management services for hotels, homestays, villas, and resorts. Specific service scope is defined in the contract between both parties.

3. Payment

OTA Setup packages: one-time payment before implementation. Monthly operation packages: payment at the beginning of each month. Service prices may change with 30 days notice.

4. Service Cancellation

Monthly operation services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Setup packages are one-time payments, non-refundable after implementation begins.
